| 資格および要求： |
- BS or above holder with more than 3 years+(2 years+ for MS candidates) experience in formulation development.
- Proven ability to apply the principles of the basic sciences such as physical and organic chemistry, thermodynamics, and materials science, to formulation development, using a rational, scientific approaches.
- Hands-on formulation research and development as well as formulation scale-up experience is desired; knowledge of SFDA/FDA registration guidelines.
- Sufficient PC and English skills, prepare protocols, progress reports and final reports for projects handled.
- Good team player and self-starter, innovative and comfortable in a multi-disciplinary team under defined timelines.
