1. Plan and execute preformulation studies for drug substances including but not limited to determination of physicochemical properties and measurement of polymorph screening and salt form selection.
2. Support formulators by performing sample analyses (assay, related substances, dissolutions, form changes, etc).
3. Internal support to Process Chemistry and Analytical Development team/ ARD team for physicochemical characterizations of intermediates and APIs.
4. Routine maintenance for assigned instruments, keeping them in proper calibration and working order according to appropriate SOPs.
5. Sufficient PC and English skills, prepare work protocols, progress reports and final reports for projects handled.

1. BS degree or above in pharmaceutical science, pharmaceutical analysis, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry or other related science discipline.
2. 0-5 years working experiences with standard analytical techniques, particularly HPLC, GC; experience/familiarity with dissolution apparatus and preformulation study instruments such as XRD, DSC, TGA is desirable.
3. Must be able to work in a team-oriented manner in order to accomplish performance objectives.
