Expeirence:
1. M.S. in life science or equivalent degree with 5 years work experience. 
2. Ph.D in life science with 1 year experience.

Knowledge:
 Strong knowledge of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic concepts;

Skills:
1. Familiar DMPK in drug discover and development stage process.
2. Ability to manage project and work with technology-based applications(e.g., databases, Analyst, WinNonlin, etc)3.Demontrate good leadership, strong problem solving and scientific skills.

Language:
 Strong written/oral communication skills in English
