Sundia's unique SELO (speed-up engine for lead optimization) platform for conducting lead optimization is a tool for comprehensive multi-property / activity modeling, optimization, and virtual screening to select novel small molecule drug candidates with well-balanced potency and ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion) properties. This platform combines synthetic, combinatorial, and medicinal chemistry with high throughput screening and CADD (computer aided drug design) to enable our clients to develop patentable drugs cost-effectively.
